Shipping policy

We make great effort to carefully pack and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days, in the order that they are received. We ship orders Monday through Friday except on national holidays. Keep in mind each order takes time for packing and transit shipping time.

 

Orders will be shipped by Ground Advantage by USPS in the order that they are received. You will receive your order within 10 days. Please be patient, especially during the busy holiday seasons. For items with tracking, sometimes an order is shipped and there is a delay with USPS scanning the item. Usually this is resolved within a day or two.

 

Incorrect or Missing Items From Your Order

If items in your order are missing or incorrect please email us immediately at hello@thedaisycottage.com so we can make it right. 

 

Missing, Lost or Stolen Items

Unfortunately we cannot replace missing, lost or stolen items. Please check that your address is correct, unfortunately we can't replace items shipped to the wrong address.

 

Free Gift Terms and Conditions

Free gift with purchase only while supplies last. One free gift per customer and address. If your order was eligible for a free gift, and you return whole or part of your order that lowers the total cost to below the free gift qualification, the free gift must be returned unused, with your return. If you return part of your order and the total amount kept after reimbursements for returns meets the free gift requirement, you can keep the free gift without sending it back with your partial return.
