Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and mail your item back to us. Shipping fees are not refundable. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in their original condition to receive a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please return your item in the original shipping box or envelope with the packing material that it was sent in. Shipping fees for returned items are not covered by our refund policy.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thedaisycottage.com. Please provide the reason for return, order number, email receipt, packing slip, or proof of purchase when making a return request.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If items in your order are missing or incorrect please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Final Sale Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for purchased or returned items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. We are unable to issue refunds to any other payment method than the one originally used. Please remember it may take up to 7-14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
